Enrolments

​​​​​​​We welcome your interest in enrolling at Yarrabilba State Secondary College and invite you to check your child/ren’s eligibility by accessing the Secondary Schools Catchment Map. 

In-catchment enrolments

If your principle place of residence falls within the college’s catchment area, please contact the college during office hours on 07 5549 8777 to book an enrolment interview. We are now taking enrolment bookings for students in years 7-12 in 2024 and future enrolments for 2025.

Out-of-catchment enrolments

Although we are an enrolment managed college, out-of-catchment enrolments may be accommodated in certain circumstances: either through successful application to our iXL@Yarrabilba Academy Programs; or through one of the exceptions listed on the Department of Education website.

iXL@Yarrabilba Academy Programs

We are proud to offer 4 academy programs for students who excel in the following areas. Please visit the relevant links below to learn more about each program and determine your child/ren's eligibility.

2. iXL@High Performance Sport – Strength, Conditioning, Fitness & Nutrition
3. iXL@Performing Arts – Dance, Drama, Music, Public Speaking/Debating
4. iXL@STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics 

Once you have determined your child/ren's eligibility, please complete the enrolment application form​ and submit with the relevant documentation.
